Driveways

At Dreamscape Paving & Landscaping, we aim to create a unique design for each customer.  We work closely with the customer and listen to ideas, designing the patterns and features to complement your garden to it’s full potential.  Although design is important, we know that preparation is the key for a long-lasting driveway.  That is why all of our driveways are laid with a concrete sub-base, ensuring that we are fully compliant with BS6717. 

This system consists oft ready mix concrete, which consists of 20mm Aggregate and complies to BS8500-2. The ready mix concrete is spread to a depth of 150mm. It is a semi dry mix which makes it possible to compact with a plate compactor   The paving blocks are then laid on a screeded sand bed and compacted to comply with BS6717 part 3.
